About Us

A 21 years old young mother who wants for his son to live in a better world. She wants to share with you some tips and tricks for a kitchen 0 waste. Also she loves to cook and she has to share with you some healthy recipes in a responsible and ecological kitchen for all ages.

A 57-year-old professor who is also in philosophy who is quite inexperienced in cooking because she enjoys doing a lot of things in her garden, but eager to learn to cook, and to associate the plantations in her garden with cooking. Who likes to eat a lot and who wants to experiment with simple or original recipes that her blog comrades propose.

Then a young 23-year-old woman in psychoanalysis and language science, very comfortable in the kitchen. having grown up in the mountains with a mother passionate about herbalism, the latter will bring original recipes based on wild herbs but also, as of a very curious nature, will make you discover unusual ingredients. So very different profiles with different culinary desires but a common gluttony.

About Our Blog

Our blog is dedicated to cooking, the art of the table and a responsible kitchen, from easy recipes for beginners to the most experienced, shared as a couple, as a family, to taste dishes that are a little out of our daily life. It was after noticing that we always turn around the same dishes that we started looking for new original recipes. But difficult to find something delicious and original. It is therefore after long research that we present some recipes that awaken the taste buds. Provencal cuisine, French cuisine or even cooking with wild plants (donut with comfrey leaves; homemade ravioli with borage ...) But there will also be articles to discover certain products (with in addition to recipes) such as poutard, poutine, smoked paprika, lemon caviar, kafir lime, Mertensia maritima or even curry herb.

We keep in mind that most of us have limited time, that's why we offer original recipes that also take into account the availability of each for the realization of the recipes and the organisation of your kitchen. For this, we offer different entries in our blog, depending on the preparation and production time, the necessary ingredients and the kitchen utensils : can we get them easily? Where can they be found?

This blog is a "mini laboratory" to make you discover original dishes, with particular ingredients which let your imagination run free by using them in other recipes. Because cooking is also experimenting, creating, innovating. And maybe, in your turn, you create an original recipe?
